Senior Group Leader, Supplement Product Development

Heather L. Arnold supports Gold Standard and Essential products as well as Global Manufacturing initiatives. Heather started her career as a Packaging Engineer in Nutrition & Wellness Product Development supporting supplement package design for West Pacific markets, Korea, Europe, and Asia. She transitioned into Nutrition Project Management and lead development teams for major product launches, such as Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables and NATURALLY TOGETHER™/VIGOREX™. In 2002, Heather moved from the Ada facility to the Nutrilite facility in Buena Park, CA to enhance her knowledge of the Nutrition business and bring her Project Management support closer to Supplement and Concentrate Development. From there Heather joined the Technical Regulatory Affairs team as Group Leader, supporting all Nutrilite products worldwide, and joined Supplement Product Development in September 2004. Since then Heather has helped drive major product launches such at Natural E Complete, TRIPLE X 2006, and China DOUBLE X™. Additionally, under Heather’s leadership, the DOUBLE X franchise has grown from being sold and consumed in 15 markets to 47 markets. Heather’s group is responsible for introducing new technology, clinical research, development and optimization of the DOUBLE X/TRIPLE X™ product group as well as essential nutrients such as Vitamin B, C, E, Calcium, and Iron. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University.
