As a Process Development Engineer, Jean focuses on developing and implementing new novel botanical concentrate manufacturing processes through scale-up experiments from the laboratory to pilot plant and then production facilities for nutritional supplements and skin care. Jean has worked with manufacturing and QA for problem solving, issue resolution and process improvement.
