KaLee's responsibilities include managing the technical efforts of food scientists and process and package engineers in the development, testing and implementation of nutritional value-added foods and beverages for the NUTRILITE™ Brand. Areas of development that support a diverse product portfolio include sports, energy and weight management bars, drinks and healthy snacks. New technology development focuses in the area of functional foods and the implementation of unique delivery forms that provide product choices for children and active adults. This work is carried out domestically as well as globally to meet the needs of various international Amway Affiliates. KaLee also works closely with manufacturing and 3rd party sales in support of various initiatives and developments for outside customers. She is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
