Rodney's responsibilities include leading a team of scientists and engineers to develop innovative new botanical ingredient technologies. His team designs, formulates, and tests botanical concentrates and processes for both NUTRILITE and ARTISTRY products. This research and development starts at the agricultural level and spans to include final manufacturing of concentrates. In addition, he supports the Nutrilite Health Institute’s philosophies and activities. Mr. Johnson is the author of numerous publications and patents. He is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists, the American Association of Cereal Chemists, the International Society for Horticultural Science, and the Society of Economic Botany.
